What I learn about your mission, goals, & style will inform everything I plan or suggest: locations, color schemes, vendor recommendations, props, & your wardrobe. I’m going to brainstorm creative ideas that make these photos feel authentically YOU. When it comes time for your session I’m not only going to make sure you LOOK GOOD with posing guidance & setting up scenes, but you’re going to FEEL GOOD too. After all, you’ll be riding the confidence high of taking this leap & seeing your vision come to life!

After inquiring we’ll hop on a quick discovery call to chat business & photo goals. I’ll give you a rundown of the collections & how my process works. If you’re ready to rock I’ll send over a contract & deposit invoice.

I’m going to trade you a guide full of wardrobe tips, locations, prop ideas, & HMUA recs, for some info about your business & photo goals/vibes/ideas. (Don’t worry, this questionnaire will be your only homework.)

3. Planning Call & Inspo Swap
We’ll meet on Zoom to review inspiration photos, wardrobe, & prop ideas at least two weeks prior to your session so there’s ample time to gather & prepare everything needed. This call is a chance to creatively collaborate & set the tone for your shoot!

4. Your Branding Session Plan
Taking into account every detail & discussion I’ll create a Session Plan for us that includes: shot list, timeline (based on lighting + wardrobe), & vision board. This plan will keep us on track so there’s ample time to get must-have shots AND get creative.

Need a pep talk the day or night or minutes before our shoot? I’m your girl! The scenes & poses I’ll guide you through will result in candid movements & totally-YOU portraits. And when inspiration strikes (which it always does) we’ll have fun exploring that too!

One week after our session I’ll send a proofing gallery that's a mix of the best detail shots, candid, & portraits from our session. You’ll love every last photo in your gallery, because you’ll be the one who chose them! I’ll edit the photos you select to perfection & two weeks later the final gallery will be ready!

I’m going to hold your hand when I say this, you ARE photogenic & people want to see the wonderful face attached to your brand. We’ll find poses that feel totally natural to you & frame you in the best light!

This shoot is all about valuing your business & showing it some love. AND these photos will add value to your brand for YEARS. So … I’d say yes.

From the moment you inquire to tangible brand photos is approximately 30 days. Need them sooner? Just say so!
