Alonya who is a small business owner located in Oakland, CA, wanted to demonstrate her personality through photos, so she booked a Realtor branding shoot with me! Showcasing not only how she can help you find your dream home as a first-time homeowner, but also getting to know her as a friend. As a San Francisco Brand Photographer, I knew I could bring her vision to life and be able to express Alonyas Individuality through images. Of course, we got some AMAZING headshots of Alonya giving us her best smile, but we made sure to add uniqueness to her photo shoot.

Location ideas for Realtor branding – This is key

We photographed at a Peer Space location in San Francisco called Mission Loft. After speaking with Alonya and getting to know her vision for our shoot, I knew this location would be the perfect space. This home was Simple, fun and cute, which are the words Alonya uses to describe her brand and personality.

As a San Francisco Brand Photographer, I focused on action shots (adjusting pillows, lighting candles, looking over the area with a clipboard, sprucing up flowers, etc.). I also got some of her writing thank-you cards, as that is part of what she does for every single client. Then we got some fun shots of her popping champagne, laughing and frolicking through the home. She’s fun and upbeat, and her main goal was to showcase that side of her!

Alonya’s Story:

“I’m a Realtor with Keller Williams Advisors in Oakland, CA. I have a DBA for The Bridge Group, which Keller Williams allows me to use. I am a native of Oakland and pride myself on knowing the intricacies of the city. You can call me an avid Warriors fan and New Orleans Saints football fan; attending Warriors games is one of my favorite things to do. I’m silly and love a good joke, at someone else’s expense, of course, LOL. I love meeting new people and love seeing the transformation of a home. My ideal client is someone who allows me to lead them through the process of buying or selling. By that, I mean they trust my competence and skill set. I work well with first-time buyers and sellers, as well as seniors. I consider myself very hands-on with my business. You will always speak to me directly.”
