When is the Best Time to Book Your Brand Photo Session? As a Brand Photographer, I highly recommend you start planning for it before you NEED your photos! This might sound silly, but you want to avoid stressing about your timeline. Imagine someone needs photos for your business promotion, and you realize you don’t have any to share. Maybe they’re super outdated, or you simply don’t resonate with the style anymore. Don’t allow yourself to be in this situation.

It’s better to be prepared and ready than to fall behind. Planning ahead with at least two months in advance with your photographer would be best!

Booking In Advance

When you book in advance, it allows you to have plenty of time for planning. You’ll be able to properly plan your outfits, location and props to bring to your session. This also gives your photographer time to work their magic on your photos without rushing. Depending on who you choose as your photographer, you can normally expect your images between two and four weeks after your shoot.

When you’re deciding when to book, also keep in mind to plan for weather or just normal life emergencies. You never want to find yourself in a tight scheduling situation. Remember, life sometimes happens, and you never know if you’ll need to reschedule for any unfortunate events. By being prepared with your photos, you’ll be ready to go if someone wants to feature you. So, don’t wait until it’s too late.

Plan ahead, schedule your brand photoshoot, and let your business shine!

When to Book | Launching Website

You’re wanting to start designing your website but are not sure when to book your session. Debating whether to build your website first or take photos? Well, let me share some advice with you. It will be easier to do a photoshoot with a brand photographer first. Then you can focus on integrating the photos into your website. If you try to plan your shoot around specific photos that you’d like for your website, it could feel a bit restrictive. Instead, it’s better to have a general idea of what you’d like and where you want it. This allows you to have more creative freedom during planning and on shoot day.

Just keep in mind that your branding photos need to represent YOU! Focusing on your brand’s words, theme and purpose. This will make for the best branding photos. Also, make sure you choose an expert in this field to help create the best images for you. You’ll want to look up Branding Photographers in your area who specialize in this area of photography. They play such a huge role in your photoshoot.

As a Brand Photographer, They’ll tell you when to book, the best locations and guide you through so many more details.
